Keep Your Body Moving! If you have a sedentary or desk job, be sure to tap your toes or bounce your knees at least every hour so your calves can contract and jump start your circulation. Better yet, just dance:) (perhaps in the bathroom stall if you need some privacy). Studies have shown that women, even fit women can have this issue. Great tip that I found in Fitness Magazine that can help us women stay healthy and active. Now move something!!!
